How do I make a nomination?
If you wish to make a nomination in one or more awards categories, you are invited to visit our dedicated nominations page. Click here to view the award categories, or to be taken straight to the nominations page click here.
Am I limited to the amount of nominations I can make or how many times I nominate the same person/organisation?
You can make a nomination in as few or as many awards categories as you wish at no cost. You may nominate the same person or organisation for more than one award.
Am I able to self-nominate?
If you wish to be considered for an award yourself, you may submit a self-nomination.
Is there a word limit when making my nomination?
Responses should be up to a maximum of 500 words and must address the award criteria outlined on each online nomination form.
How do I register for a table at the awards?
Online: Click here to be redirected to the table booking page where you can enter your details and select your payment option.
By Phone: Contact Paul Ferris on +61 2 8437 4703 to receive information about booking a table for the awards.
By E-Mail: Send an email to Jane Maloney at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a table booking form to be sent directly to your inbox.
Confirmation will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail address provided on the table booking form within 48 hours of your booking. If you have not received confirmation within this timeframe please contact Jane Maloney at email@example.com or on +61 02 8437 4722.

How do I pay for a table booking?
Online Booking: Payment should be made via credit card at time of booking through the secure online table booking system. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX accepted. Please note a 2% processing fee is charged.
Cheque: Please make payable to Key Media International Ltd and post to REPLY PAID Level 4, Suite 404, 8 Commerce Street Auckland 1143, New Zealand with booking form included.
Electronic Funds Transfer: Payment can be made via this method by filling out the table booking form and selecting the EFT payment method. To download the form click here and send completed to Jane Maloney at email@example.com. Please note that all table bookings must be finalised with payment prior to the event to secure your table.
What happens once I book a table for the awards?
Once we have received and processed your table booking, you will be sent a confirmation email including event details and either a invoice or paid invoice for your records (depending on your payment option).
What do I need to know after I've booked?
Once you have booked your table, Key Media will look after the rest for you. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking form has been processed and also emails and reminders in the lead up to the awards to ensure that you have not missed any information or changes to the event. All you need to do is simply turn up on the night.
What should I wear to the event?
The dress code is black tie. Remember that this is a great opportunity to network with other professionals in the industry and you are representing both yourself and your company. You never know who you could be working for, working with or have work for you in the future so dress to impress!
Are meals included in the table booking fee?
Yes, you will receive drinks on arrival, a 3 course gourmet dinner as well as unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.
Can I nominate special dietary requirements?
Yes of course. Through the table booking portal online you will be prompted to fill all of the details of your guests including dietary requirements if necessary.
I booked a table and sent through the names of the people to be seated at my table but I need to make a name change. How do I do this?
You are more than welcome to change the name of someone seated at your table. All name changes will be required before the date stated on the name and dietary requirements form. Any changes made after this date, will not have the name change made to any of the table plans we have printed for the night. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any name change requests.
What will happen if I need to cancel my table?
If your table is no longer able to attend a full refund will be received if Key Media is advised 4 weeks before the event. If advised less than 4 weeks before the event but more than 14 workings days from the event date a 50% charge of the GST inclusive fee will be incurred. The company regrets that cancellations will not be accepted within 14 working days of the event. Please note that cancellation dates will be specified on the form under Cancellation and Transfer.
What will happen to my details?
We do not release any personal details contained on the table booking form.
